Issue with Integrating Fences into the Start Menu

I use Fences, and recently downloaded Start10. I have an issue that I need to be cleared up before I purchase Start10. I cannot get the feature "Integrate Fences into the Start Menu" working even though I am using the Modern Style Start Menu. My Fences folders simply do not show up in the Start Menu. I have tried rebooting as someone on this forum suggested and it did not help.

Your help would be appreciated.

Before I contacted support, I had already selected the option "Show Desktop and Stardock Fences folders in the All Programs List so this does not solve my problem.

 

Please advise as to next steps to finding a solution.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
