But what works now on Win 10?

I used to have all of these programs when I had Win 7, I upgraded the Start Menu of coarse when when I got 8 then 10.

But my question is which programs work on 10 now? Have they been upgraded? And will the ones I have automatically upgrade to the Win 10 version, Or will I have to upgrade  them as I had to the Start Menu?
