Winver: 2004 Build 19041.630 (Windows 10 pro)
issue: Google Chrome has dark mode enabled. I have tried to disable it within Chrome, but there is nothing to disable.
I have searched for extensions that might be running, but there are no extensions enabled for dark mode.
In the Windows settings > Colors, Light mode is active. I have tried to switch between Dark and Light to see if that fixes the issue on Chrome, but it didn't. I've also tried in Curtains to switch between themes to see if that resolves it.

As you can see in the image above, within the red circle, the menu bar is black. This creates an issue when applying a theme with Curtains.
Once I apply a theme, Google Chrome will glitch out, which results in disappearing a part of the top menu. And usually crashes, and quits the browser.
Here is what happens when you enable a theme with Curtains:

As you can see, dark mode is still applied, atop with a theme. It's also slightly glitched as you can see with the white stripe in the middle.

This happens a few seconds later with the theme still applied. The top bar on now glitched out. you can no longer see the buttons on the top right corner.
