cursor fx wont change cursor

i was trying to make my own cursor and then it bugged out and went back to system default, it wont allow any cursors to be applied (or at least it isnt visible). i removed the custom cursor that i tried making and it still wont work, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesnt work, im really stumped here, what do i do to fix it?
