Problems with fences

where to report, how to fix?

Hello;

 

After I installed fences on new PC (win10) I have problems:

- using multiple screen, fences go to another screen (restoring snapshot needed).  Problem occurred seldom, now, very ofert

- even restoring snapshot didn't work - I had to unlock fences and move them manually. Problem occured once.

- 1 of 4 fences disappeared with my icons. I had to uninstall fences to see icons again - problem occured couple of times.

 

I'd like to report it, send necessary logs and help to fix it. I don't see "report the problem" option or any guide how to collect logs.

 

What can I do?

1.

 

Just PC uses display 1 as default and the only one

Working with dock station, monitor 2 is primary and fences are set not to move fences there and I want fences always in display 1.

And now: quite often I connect dock station, fences move to display 3 - I have to restore snapshot. It was a case that fences moved to display 2 and even snapshot restoring did not help.

 

2. Everything looks ok according to second link "Fences and Multi-Monitor / Docking Stations"
