Hotkey re-enabled

Hi.

I got another CursorFX problem, this time with the hotkey.

I use Ctrl-Shift-C with other programs where the hotkey can't be configured, so I need to disable it in CursorFX. That seems fine, I go into settings and backspace the hotkey so it says 'None'. That disables it, but after some time it reactivates the hotkey and when I check it's changed back to Ctrl-Shift-C in the settings dialog.

Not 100% sure but I believe last time I also tried setting a random hotkey that I don't use and it reset that as well.

Purge doesn't fix it either.

I don't know how often it happens, could be after a reboot or maybe just after some amount of time.

How can I make it permanent and not have CursorFX keep resetting the hotkey?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

  1. Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.
  2. CursorFX version.

Thanks

Hello,

Just did some testing and I changed mine to Ctrl+shift+J. And so far it still work. Any special steps I need to take make it change back to Ctrl+Shift+C? So I can try to reproduce it on my system.

Thank you,

I've been checking it for a couple of weeks and so far not changed back. Weird because I had to change again it twice before I made the post here.

I can't check it every day so I'll just post back if it reappears.
