Fences works abnormal and notice please enable the Aero function

Hi,

I installed Fences on my computer, when I click the "Allow navigation" button, an error message cam up which said "The folder shortcut entry feature of the desktop partition is not available in Classic mode.
Please enable Aero to use this feature."

Fences Version: Latest download from Official website

OS Version: Windows 10 Home

 

Could you please suggest a workable solution?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

1) Windows version full numbers. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers

2) Fences version.

Thanks, Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
