Object Desktop purchase did not go through on website but charge appears on my credit card

I attempted to purchase Object Desktop for the $19.99 promotional price. after I entered in my payment information I received a notification that the payment did not go through and to contact support. However, when I checked my credit card the charge appears as "FS*Stardock" for $19.99. What is the issue here and how can it be resolved? I do not want to attempt to purchase it again as I am afraid the same thing will occur.
