Installed Fences 3. Office 2019/365 clipboard no longer worked. Uninstalled Fences 3, rebooted and office clip board came back. Windows clipboard was OK all along.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I don't see the issue on my system. I can still see my Clipboard panel and I can paste one or all items from it. What exactly you're seing on your system? And would also like to know.
1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.
2) Groupy version.

Sorry I was mistaken on that Stardock Groupy part. But I do have Fences 3 running and I have no issue with Office Clipboard. Please elaborate what issue that you're having with it when Fences 3 is running. More details so we can understand it and possibly recreate the issue.

I understand your difficulty in recreating the issue if it doesn't happen for you but on my computer it is a hard failure. MS Access clipboard (office clipboard) fails as soon as Fences 3 is installed. I uninstall it, reboot and the clipboard functions again. I also get a message in Excel that the clipboard is not working.
How can I help further?
I like Fences 3 but cannot us it now.

PS. It does not appear to be the paste process but rather the copy process as nothing goes into the clipboard viewer.
Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.
