Fences Settings will not run

I have purged, reinstalled, purged, reinstalled, cannot get fences settings to run. Cannot add new fences. When I reinstall and have fences generate fences it will do it. But settings and adding new fences is a no go. I do not know what to do.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

make sure your settings in task manager are both checked and reboot

Check Desktop right click to view and make sure Lock Fences is NOT checked Un Check it .
