I've noticed that when I reboot or start up my computer, I see no icons or Fences as if I had my Fences hidden by a double click. However, a double click does not make them appear. The only way I know to have them appear is to right click on my empty desktop and they will appear.Am I missing a setting somewhere that is causing this?I am running the latest version of Object Desktop and Fences. I'm running it on Windows 10 Pro Build 1909.Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check your quick hide setting

Thanks for your reply. Quick hide is enabled but none of the other options are checked. See the attached.
Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

I ran the purge and followed the instructions. Same result. Boot up yields no Fences until I right click on the empty desktop, then the Fences and icons appear.
Are both Fences enabled in task manager ?
That was it! Somehow both services had been disabled in Startup. All working now. Thank you!
Glad to hear
