Seriously though, you can change your title in your profile (not sure if this is available to non subscribers). But 'Sir' is not there, so I am unsure. Maybe users above level 4? Or an admin. will do it?

To get the title 'Sir' you need to be promoted from Citizen to Apprentice. To get promotion you have to be making a contribution to the site on a regular basis. You can do this by uploading skins or by making a significant contribution to messageboard, helping people etc. Do these sort of things for long enough and you will be 'noticed'
