Skinstudio missing?

I recently purchased Iconpackager and Windowblinds 10. The info on the site says that Skinstudio is included with Windowblinds, yet I cannot seem to find out how to open it. Can't find an option within Blinds and I can even find a Skinstudio exe to manually run. Can anyone offer some advice?

If you log in to your account here (one of the icons in the upper right) you should be able to download it in "My Downloads":

Unfortunately, there's no option for Skinstudio. Nor can I find a link within Windowblinds.
