DeskScapes Screen Saver Freezes

For some reason any animated background I apply as a screen saver via DeskScapes freezes on resume and I have to manually end the process. As a background it is working perfectly, and when the screen saver activates it works fine (though, the image is left aligned on my top monitor and centered on my bottom one); it is only when it deactivates that it freezes. As implied, I am using a dual monitor setup in a vertical configuration.
