Fences Crashing on Windows 10

When using Fences (Version 3.0.9.11) on my Windows 10 machine, my screen freezes and then fences crashes. 

This happens periodically - every 30mins or so. 

Please advise.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows 10 version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows 10 version numbers.

2) Is the Computer under corporate environment? If yes, what security system the pc is using?

3) Information on the pc, CPU, GPU, monitor setups, resolution, scaling, connection type etc etc.

1) Windows 10 - Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.815)

2) This is a home computer. 

3) System info:

CPU: Intel Core i7 870 @ 2.93 GHz  2.93 GHz 

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series 

Scaling: 100%

Display: Dual Screen: 1920 x 1080 (1 HDMI Connection and 1 VGA Connection)

What else do you need?

Try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge, reinstall using the latest version you just downloaded. Reboot again after the installation. Retest it and report back.
