Start 10 - "RebootRequired.txt Found"

Ok, had it installed via the Object Desktop Manager which I uninstalled alongside all the Object Desktop applications.  Now, I'm wanting to just install Start10 and am being met with a "RebootRequired.txt Found" notification every time I attempt to install.

Please note, I've tried the "PurgeStartAll.bat" program to no avail.  Any help would be appreciated.

The issue has been resolved.  After further tinkering, I found numerous registry leftovers which I deleted.  Was able to install and activate with no issues.
