Hello. I bought fences via Steam and after installation I got an error: it was not possible to authenticate fences using steam. What to do in this situation?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to follow the Steam part of this guide on re-installation steps.

After launching the file, a panel appears for me, and when I click OK, a black screen appears and nothing else happens.
