Deskscapes DeskScapes10_10.02c_setup_sd won't installl

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows  version. Please use Winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) When you said "it won't reinstall", please elaborate, what happened? Any pop up error message?

I get this error message

Please try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/485954/deskscapes-support-faq#reinstalling

Just to be sure re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the latest version you just download into its default location. Reboot again and retest. Report back here.

I did that already and i'm still having the same issue

Would like to suggest to try installing while turn off your AV / Security program. You could turn in back on when the installation is done.
