Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more.

1) Windows version. Please winver.exe for full version numbers.

2) Messed up how? From the screenshot, I can't really see the issue.

Need to know your monitor/s setting.

1) Resolutions.

2) Scaling (100%,125%,150% etc etc)

3) Connection type : HDMI, DP, VGA, USB etc etc

It did not help. The problem concerns only the desktop and appeared immediately after installing your application.

Please take a snapshot of your desktop icons when Fences is disable.

Please try purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest installer from you account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the latest version you just download. Reboot again and retest. Report back here.

Found without your utility, I don’t know if it would help with this. I just remembered that I installed the program to change the display of fonts. You can add it to the list of incompatible software :)

Removing and rebooting helped.
