Access still denied

from Stardock Forums

I have had a second notification of a reply to my first post but as with the previous reply I am not able to read it. When I try I get 'Access Denied'. Why? I cannot open my post or the replies to it ----- very frustrating to say the least! I have emailed my complaint to Support and am awaiting a reply.
