Fences should have an always on top option

Fences should have an "always on top" option. When I want to access a folder or program the fence rolls down behind other active programs requiring those programs to be moved or minimalized to access the fence content.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. There were few feature requests send in by others before, for the same or similar option. I believe the DEV team already know about it, but I can't tell you when or if it will be implement in the future release. Appreciate you feedback.
