Wise Registry Cleaner doesn't start

Hi,

The freeware tool Wise Registry Cleaner doesn't want to startup when WindowBlinds is running.

You can easily check it. The installation procedure works perfectly but launching the application won't work.

Go into the WB settings and choose Per Application click the add at the bottom and search for the Wise.exe file. This will exclude it from skinning.
