Fence can not run properly

I think this issue happend with Wallpaper Engine

I can not start Fences, it always show this error message :

Then I found this error may happened when Wallpaper Engine is on, so I turn it off and no error anymore.

But what I want is both Wallpaper engine and Fences work perfectly.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Are you using Fences is a corporate environment - one where WebSense / ForcePoint is used?

Dear Sean,

Sorry for the late reply, I only use Fences with Wallpaper Engine, If I shut Wallpaper Engine down, Fences can work properly, otherwise, there seems to have some conflict so Fences will shut down automatically.

I have 2 PCs with windows OS, one working fine using both Fences and wallpaper engine, the other one was always conflict and Fences shut down automatically.

I update all the software (Wallpaper engine, Fences, windows update, nvidia driver), still the same.
