very long load time when using taskbar and start menu

long load time when applying theme with this setting in use

I noticed when using the setting to use a taskbar and start menu from in different theme (available as option on the settings page)

the load time for applying themes is dramatically longer.   so much so  that this settings option is of no use.

It should be reviewed and fixed.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I have tested on my system, after few application with different taskbar theme. It take only around 2 - 9 sec apply time. How long did it take for it on your system?

for me it takes longer than a minute :(   just about a minute and a half    and the hard disk activity afterwards continues for another half a minute.

i am talking about using a  theme  with in the settings the drop down menu for using the start menu from a different theme , to clarify
