Feature Request: Desktop Pages on top

Just purchased today, have had my eye on Fences for a few months. Glad I bought it, it's more versatile than Nimi Places. 

Creating a Desktop Page at the bottom of my desktop near the Windows taskbar and enabling setting 'Roll up Fences placed on edge of screen' creates a really awesome app drawer. 

The unfortunate downside, as other users have mentioned* is that the Desktop Page gets buried beneath other windows, and becomes quickly unusable. It's a shame, because this would greatly improve the capabilities of Fences' Desktop Page feature. 

Requesting that devs look into adding this feature.

People keep asking for this feature and but it continues to fall on deaf ears and be ignored. At first, I loved Fences but the fact that the fences roll open behind open windows makes the entire program useless. How can I use a program that I can't see or that I need to close or minimize all of the windows to see? Hovering on it and/or being able to pull it from the screen edge and have it temporarily appear above open windows is ideally the way that Fences should work. This should be an option but it has been in feature request forever.
