Restore snapshot not working

Fences: Restore snapshot not working. Icons got messed up after updating the graphics card. I went to restore a snapshot. It restores for 1 second and then jumps back to the mess.

Even though I purchased more than one product from Stardock, they insisted that I ask here in the forum so someone please help.

Yes, I understand that the forum helps others but for this specific question, I felt that sharing a screenshot of the issue would speed up the support and I can't post a screenshot here due to privacy icon issues. Even after explaining this to support, they insisted that I write here. So here I am.

I had to restore my computer to a previous date and test it for a while before reinstalling the newer graphics driver.

The second time around the problem did not occur. If it does in the future, I will try these suggestions.
