Restoring fences configuration and items to a new windows profile

Hi,

I had to create a new profile in windows 10 because my original profile got corrupted.

How can I replicate all my fences and desktop icons on the new profile as it was on my old corrupted profile?

All the programs and configurations are on the same machine, just the original profile was corrupted and had to be copied to a new profile.
