Restore Snapshot Not Working

Win 10. Three monitors. Long-time Fences user.

I hadn't used my PC in a couple days. I woke the PC up yesterday and found everything on one monitor. Restoring a snapshot from a couple days earlier was a non-starter. I painstakingly manually rearranged everything. Took a snapshot. Turned PC off. Turned on today: same deal. Everything is jumbled on one monitor. Snapshot restore doesn't work :/

Let's figure this out.

w10 Ver 1903

two monitors are DVI, one is HDMI, all plugged into a 1060.
Monitors are identical, and not new.
Using displayfusion.

The only thing new in the scenario is the problem.
