After booting Start10 taskbar only shows up sometimes

So I just bought Start10 and I have to say I really like it. Very clean, very familiar, nice customization. Thanks for that!

But my problem is that it doesnt work properly on my machine. When I boot up my machine, it looks like I have a 50/50 chance of getting the default win10 taskbar/menu or start10 taskbar/menu.

Can you help me, why that may be?

I tried reinstalling it, and it didnt help.

A few culprits I might suspect on my system are these programs I used to debloat my win10:

- Debloat script (https://github.com/Sycnex/Windows10Debloater)

- WIndows upadate blocker (www.sordum.org)

- O&O ShutpUp10 (https://www.oo-software.com/de/shutup10/latest-version)

- BleachBit

If you need additional information, such as how the settings of these programs are, please tell me. I really want to fix this problem and I have no idea why it doesnt work properly (except those stated above)...

What version of Windows ( use winver.exe )

And show a screenshot of your issue , please.

For what it is worth, I am using that program as well and if you did the recommended settings in it, then should work just fine. It is for me at least.
