Win10 Minimize Window Animation and Minimized titles

This is soooo close to what I want, sooo close to how I had rocketdock configured in win XP, but rocketdock doesn't work properly in win10 so trying ObjectDock. There are just two things:

One is that for some reason minimizing and restoring windows has the win10 swoop animation that I disabled. It doesn't appear with the regular taskbar, but appears with Objectdock. It drives me insane!   

The other issue which is less severe is minimized windows have mouseover text, objectdock items also have mouseover text but I was able to hide it by giving them no names. I can't do that for minimized windows. I used a small font and a really small size to mitigate it but of course it still shows.

Is there an option to change these things and I'm just blind or .. ? Thank you for your time.
