Cannot move or resize Fences 3

All the Fences menus seem to have disappeared and changing setting won't help.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please check if you have fences locked if you do please unlock it and test it.

If you don't have it lock. Please try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Just to be sure, re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall it, reboot again. Retest and report back.
