Windowblinds & Start Menu

So  you ARE running Start 10...latest version... Do you have the settings to WindowBlinds Theme (using the Global Windowblinds theme) in start 10 settings ?

I just uninstalled Start 10 thinking that was the problem..........

Please try installing Start10, again. Just to make sure, please, re-download the latest version from your account. Reinstall Start10 using that version you just download. Reboot and retest. And make sure your Start10 Setting as shown in the Screenshot below.

Ok that's what I will do and I THANK You VERY much Basj for what hopefully will work.   I will let you how it goes;   could be tomorrow.....IT's getting late.

Well.....Hello again......I STILL have problems with my Start10 & NOW my Windowblinds.  I did everything you said basj with no luck and I've reinstalled Start10 and same thing...........I've even updated Windowblinds itself and now the taskbar isnot skinned at all.....I've selected the Windows 7 Style in Start10 and that finally shows the colour of the skin,  but didn't show the Windows 7 style....it's the Windows 10 style.   Now when i show that  the whole taskbar gets the colour .......until i close out the start menu...................Geeez this is too weird!

Ok.....this first pic as you can see the windowblinds are working..........my selection btw is Windows 7 style in the Start10 but this is what I get.  Now the next pic is what the taskbar looks like with me clicking on the start menu.............

I am using The latest Windowblinds version,  as of today,  and the Skin I am using is 'Define'.  (I had changed it to pink to show you what was showing and what wasn't)  to make it easier.  Here is the pic of my Start10.

What happen if you change the first setting on your screenshot to "Start button only shows Start10 Menu"?

Nothing changes

Please try the purge an reinstall on both software. Windowblinds and Start10.

Again, just to make sure re-download latest Windowblinds from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall Windowblinds. Reboot again after the installation. Retest to see if the problem still there. If it is. Please do the Start10 purge and reinstall.

Almost the same steps as Windowblinds above. Reboot after the purge, reinstall, reboot again. And test it out report back here.

ok.........but before I do,  just want to mention that the Windowblinds are working again........I didn't do anything for it to do that but they are.  Start menu however no..........So should I do the purge with the Windowblinds also?

When you said it WB working again, what change? Taskbar now working showing the correct color/art/background?

If yes. Please do the Start10 purge and reinstall first.

Ok it seems to have worked!  Only thing is the Start Button on the windowblind is not there at all.......the windowblind ends just before it but i'll leave it and it may work itself out..........

Great, glad it work for you. With regard start button. Please try rebooting.. sometimes it comeback after another reboot. And check if the Start10 setting for button is set correctly.

Also check if Windowblinds setting on start button is not selected.
