Enhancement Request: Add Justification Setting to Folder Headers (or left-home the "up" arrow)

When I use a fence as the top of a small tree of folders... I find the centered title (and the "up" icon) to be a pain. If I went down two levels and want to go up - every click calls for me to find the "up" arrow again.

Having the ability to change the justification left/right/center on the header would let "me" be more functional (at least on the one or two folders like this) by going with left-justified to keep the arrow static.

Of course - the same could be done my moving the arrow to the left so that each iteration doesn't "move the cheese" - and that would address my personal frustration with this use-case.
