Groupy not respecting settings

I recently built a new machine and installed Groupy on it. I use it on multiple other systems with no problem but on this new one, it's just plain not respecting my settings. I told it not to group any windows unless CTRL is held down but it always does it automatically unless it's disabled. It does seem to respect the application exclusion settings but nothing else.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, while telling the uninstaller to remove all the settings but it didn't seem to. When I reinstalled it, a lot of (but not all) of the settings still seemed to be there.

This on a new install of Windows 10 Pro 64 1903. Anyone know what's up? Thanks!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, lets try the purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version again from your account. Make sure to reboot after the purge and reinstall with the one you download and reboot again after that. Retest and report back here.

Thanks

The purge seems to have done the trick! Not sure what happened to cause it but it's fixed and I'll take it. :)

Thank you very much!
