Sony programs conflict

Basically any kind of Sony program I have used so far Acid Pro 9 or Sony Vegas Pro 13, doesn't play well with ObjectDock whenever I try to right click the program from it. It always causes a crash and these are the only programs it seems to happen with.

 

Is there anything I can do on my end in order to fix this?

 

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure on something. You mean, when you right click on Acid Pro 9 which is located on a Objectdock. Acid Pro 9 Crashed or Objectdock Crashed?

Oh sorry, I meant Acid Pro 9 and Vegas Pro 13 are the ones that crash whenever I try to right click it located on objectdock. Objectdock never crashes.

You mean that, if the program is running (example Vegas Pro 13), and when you right click on its icon on objectdock, Vegas Pro 13 will crash? Could you make a video of this happening. I tested Trial version of Vegas Pro 17 on my Windows 7 64 but I can't recreate your problem.

Hello,

Please try purge and reinstall steps : https://forums.stardock.com/485816/objectdock-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall using the one you just download. Reboot again after the reinstall. Retest and report back here.

Thank you for all your help I really appreciate it but I won't be able to continue since my video card died on me today and my motherboard doesn't come with onboard graphics.
