Game Crash to desktop with no debug info

I have started crashing the first couple of times I was Altarian and every time someone beat the Yor 2 turns latter it crashed. So attempted to do the Krynn. I got further but then it crashed again after about 370+ turns it crashes.  The debug.err shows nothing but blank commands

Attached is the save file I tried it on 2 different computers 1 desktop 1 laptop(had not had an issue on laptop) -

It crashes as soon as you click through the turn.

I have a very similar issue. It started yesterday. The game crashes after I finish a turn, or actually right when it's my turn again.
debug.err only shows lines of: 
Debug Message:  Command Line:
debug.txt however has this:
[0902/194102.026:ERROR:settings.cc(325)] Settings version is not 1
[0902/201358.840:ERROR:settings.cc(325)] Settings version is not 1

I can't find any other logs.

I have a Windows 10 (Version 1903 Build 18362.295) and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 with the latest drivers (26.21.14.3615)

Sorry that you're having trouble.  I've asked a programmer to take a look.

After 3.49 update last week, no game will go past a couple hundred turns, then crash to desktop on turn sequence, right before you faction comes back up.  Fix this problem, it is not my computer, not mods.  It is v3.49

There seams to be an issue when game reaches certain point it just crashes, I see it repeat few times now on forum. I have same problem (posted on steam), I provided savegame and waiting for answer.

The new opt-in appears to be working I have made 5 extra turns on that save when it used to crash.
