Dual monitor sometimes Fences mixed up

Windows 10 (1809) 64 bit

I use Dual monitors and have different Fences on monitor 1 and monitor 2.

Sometimes when i have opened an application, file explorer or internet browser (firefox) or other ???,

screen 2 lost its Fences and they are all shifted to screen 1, so screen 1 has mixed fences from screen 2 and 1

Then i have to drag the ones from screen 2 back to screen 2, its were irritating.

How come ? More people know this problem?

1) Windows version. Please use Winver.exe for full Windows version numbers

2) Fences version.

Windows 10, 64 bit 1809, Os built 17763.615

Fences 3.09.11

Mainboard Asus Z170 Pro Gaming

Cpu i7-6400k 4.0Ghz

Memory 32Gb

Display adapter Intel HD Graphics 530 (i7 built in)

Display driver Intel HD Graphics 530 version 25.20.100.6373

Monitor 2x Generic PnP 17" (Nec Multisync LCD1770nx) on 1280x1024 , on vga port and DVI
