Snapping and View

So i was experimenting lately with Fences, and faced some lack of features that would be nice if they were implemented.

1) When i'm trying to place a fence on top of my screen as soon i reach the top part , it does not snap, instead the title moves to the bottom and then it will snap. And it leaves you trying to perfectly align the Top title with the top of the screen. It would be nice to be a snap first on the title, and then if you move further to drop down the title and snap on the fence itself.

2) When you create a folder portal you have the ability viewing this portal as a "detailed list" which unfortunately when you click on another folder it doesn't keep this setting. It would be nice to have an option to apply this view style on all subfolders.

Another issue i faced is this. I Game a lot. And because i'm playing Counter Strike which is a competitive game, we really don't care about the looks and the resolution of the game. Having 2 4k Monitors, i'm downscaling the game to 1080p. Here comes the issue. As soon i exit the game (alt + tab) or whatever, which causes the system to change the resolution again. Fences get screwed. Even if i'm painstakingly aligning them to the top and having a specific size, after the resolution change to 1080p, and 4k they are getting messed up, they are losing their size and their snap position. It's a mess. They are on the "right" positions , but they are off ,
