Can't seem to find any way to disable the splash screen on these 2 programs (Groupy and WIndowsFX).
Am I missing something? Or is it not possible to avoid the splash screen?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But not sure, what are you seeing? Could you post a screenshot of the splash screen?
And need additional information.
1) Windows version.
2) WindowFX and Groupy installed version.

Ah, I confused you I see. Sorry about that!
I didn't use the right term. It isn't a 'splash screen' per se .... it's the actual program that's opening up when I boot. They open up, allowing me to make changes I guess. And of course, I don't often make any changes after the first few times because I'm very happy with the way I have them set up.
Just in case that didn't clarify -- I have Windows 10-1903, and the very latest editions of FX (6.4) and Groupy installed.
They not suppose to do that everytime you boot. They usually stay in the background and only pop up if you wantedd to change something. Maybe you can try to do the purge and reinstall it. Using these steps below. Just make sure to re-download the latest version and reinstall that version, just to make sure you have a fresh good installer. Reboot after the installation. And if possible install it in your system drive (C:/).
