PC keeps asking me to update Start10 on every restart

Hello!

My PC (Windows 10 Pro x64) keeps asking me to update Start10 after every restart even though I have updated it (using the newest version 1.71b from my account) and restarting (when the process begins again). Since I usually "sleep" my PC, the problem shows up again in a few days when I restart the PC. Since the notice does not specify the version to update to, I opt for updating anyway. This is a nuisance especially since I am only successful in installing in Safe Mode.

And by the way, my 2 laptops have exactly the same error. Is the antivirus (Bitdefender) removing a certain file the prevents this update notice??

Reboot and Re-Install the latest version from here https://www.stardock.com/support/product-key-retrieval

Reboot and test for awhile then report back .
