Strange visuals while opening application with groupy option automatically group identical window together

Hello

I have set groupy option "automatically group identical window together" as on. 

 

Now whenever i am opening second instance of a particular file (PDF, WORD, EXCEL, etc), there is a strange visual seen on the top left of that application (not getting such visual if I have kept that groupy option as off)

Also, the problem is I cannot see the second file. I have to minimize that application and then again maximize it, so that the visual goes away and then I can see the second file. After that, it doesn't happen while opening 3rd or further any number of those files.

 

Another problem linked or not, I am not sure but groupy option of "only group if the window has been held for above (1/3, 2/3 or 1 second) is not working.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here : https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#reinstalling

Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account again. Reboot after the purge, reinstall and reboot again. Retest and report back here.
