WIndow Blinds doe snot change wallpaper

I have been using Stardock Object Manger for a while and I just started looking at applications other than the start10 menu.  When I use the WIndowBlinds app, and set up hourly changing (or any timing) the wall paper does not change.  I have about a dozen wallpapers listed and as far as I can tell I have the settings correct, but nothing happens.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. We need more information. Please let us know :-
1) Windows version installed? Please use Winver.exe for full windows version.
2) Windowblinds version installed?
3) When you said you use windowblinds to manage your wallpaper. Or you use Deskscape which is far mode better Wallpaper manager than the Windowblinds.

ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.
