Taskbar Hiding animation: Start10 1.7 with Win 10 1903

On Win 10 1903 when the Taskbar setting "Automatically hide taskbar in desktop mode" is set to "On" Start10 (or perhaps Taskbar) will show the the animation of the Taskbar recessing into the bottom of the screen when clicked on in before opening the Start Menu. This adds about half a second to opening the Start Menu, every time.

I have attempted to reinstall Start10 with the 1.70b installer with no improvement. Please advise or report to developer for future fix. Thanks.

Unless I am not understanding the issue as written, I cant on 1903 either.  Perhaps the OP can post a video.

Upon further investigation this appears to be unrelated to Start10. I uninstalled it and the issue persists with the regular Windows 10 1903 Start Menu
