Negative Impact of fences

Have used Fences 2 for several years without problem. Updated to Fences 3. Experienced conflict with Microsoft's Visual Basic programing language. When within the program any attempt to display a page  Visual Basic shuts down. Never happened on Fences 2> .   Deleted 3 and returned to Fences 2. Problem now continues to occur.  Further how can I  get the Windows start icon back to the lower  left corner of screen and the options to show only when clicked on the icon.  It now takes  space on right of screen the interffers with other program's displays.

What version of windows are you running ( use winver.exe )

Please try these steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to uninstall Fences 2 first. Run the purge from above. Reboot after the purge. Install using the latest version Fences 3, you download from your account. Reboot again and retest. Report back here.
