CANNOT D/L WB THEMES FROM HERE

anytime i try to download a wb theme from here....ie cappucino or MiX, it doesnt d/l correctly or sumthin. The folder is made, but its empty in the windowblind directory....someone help me

Right-click the file download link and select "save target as". Then save it to your desktop and install from there.

If you want to disable the auto-download of Windowblinds files, go to Tools/Folder Options/File Types from an explorer window and scroll down to the .wba file type. Put a check in the box that says "confirm download" and it will behave like any other file type when you click the download link.

I was just curious...what OS are you using? 98, ME, or XP?

damn this sux....i thought maybe its cuz i hadnt restarted in a while....nope not the prob, and ive saved it every which way and it still wont work....hmmm

i found a way around it.....its a little trouble some but it works.....i just renamed the saved .wba file to a .zip then extracted all the files to a folder in the WB directory......if anyone tho can fix my original prob....id really appreciate the help

I don't know if this is the same problem, but I had a similar issue once. It looked like I was missing the WindowBlinds\WBconfig.exe program (either I accidently deleted it, or the installation was screwed up). I had to manully unzip the skins. I re-installed WB which gave me back my WBConfig.exe program and all was well again.

WBConfig.exe is the program window blinds program that get's launched when you click the WB sys tray icon or press the WindowBlinds button in your Appearances tab in the Windows Display properties. It also handles the WBA file associations and skin installations
