How will Start 10 be affected by the upcoming Build 1903?

As the title suggests, I just read this article and wonder what Stardock thinks. I routinely install Start 10 (and Start 8 before it) for my clients. Will Start 10 continue to work in Build 1903? Will it still be desired?

Looking at Start 10 v1.7 just released and I believe that build was tested on v1903. It should run just fine. You can refer to some comments on the Start10 v1.7 thread https://forums.stardock.com/494514
