Desktop X Sputnik 1260 theme.(Spelling of UTILITIES corrected!)

I couldn't find an update for this anywhere, and like many others it bothered me so much, so i corrected that part of the skin myself in PHOTOPLUS.
The problem is i don't know how to upload the corrected section Utilitiestab.bmp to this site, or even if i should ( as i haven't asked permission from the Author. Don't know how to get it?)

Any advice would be welcome.

Willabong: I have the permission of Nuvem (author of the Sputnik DX theme) to update and reupload his DX themes. I am planning to do this once DX 2 is released (although I may just update them and let him upload them again). If you want to send me the pic I can include it in that update.

Adam, i have tried to contact Nuvem at: viana.oliveira@clix.pt
and send him the updated section as an attachment, but for some reason the server will not allow the transfer.
