Can't open downloaded windows blinds themes

PLEASE HELP ASAP  I have the most updated version of windows blinds. (Windows 10 Home 17134.rs4_release.180410-1804)

WindowBlinds 10.74 (054 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

For some reason I tried to download a new theme.  It did save to my computer and I clicked on it and it will not open.  I tried even opening a already installed one just to see if the file would open and it won't open either.  I have been a loyal customer since the dark ages.  I really need this to be resolved quickly.  thank You  Laurianne Kobzeff

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. If its in *.wba format it should be able to be open directly by Windowblinds with double click on it. But sometimes there are some authors who distribute their theme in Zip format. Which usually include some other files. such as cursor, font etc etc. This type of file need to be unzip first. Would like to know which theme/style your are referring to?

Thanks

If that a yes, I've tried it and it appeared installed properly on my system. Please check you Windowblinds configuration windows to see if its listed there. Sometimes the new skin installed pop up menu don't show up. But the skin actually get installed.

With regard the other one "gingerbread" could please give me the link to test it out.

Thanks Dave. Still waiting for the TS if the problem still there with both actually is *.wba files.

If it is, I suggest to use the purge and reinstall steps listed here : https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling

just make sure to re-download the latest installer from your account. And make sure to reboot after installation.

Try it and let us know.
