How do I add color to the title bar's background?

I can modify text color and overall opacity of a fence, but I want to use the title bar as a visual divider by making it mostly solid, and with color, while having the rest be transparent.  How do I do this?  In the pic, below, I want to set the area pointed to, a different or more solid color.

Sorry about the pic.  I can't quickly figure out the limitations of Stardock's wiki.  I just want to know how to color the title bar of each category w/o having to modify opacity of it.

Hello,

As far as I know there is no different section for the titlebar background in Fences. What ever setting applied to the fences background will be carry on to the titlebar section. With a little less transparency applied to it.
