After reading Shmoopy's post entitled "Citizen Appreciation" https://www.wincustomize.com/msgboard.asp?BID=WC&id=160466, I am reminded of a key factor which I seem to have forgotten, and in doing so, hastily made a "Bad Move" 
.
You see, I had forgotten that this site exists as a means primarily to advertise and distribute skins that are for STARDOCK products. Wallpapers, are just a little perk that seems to have gained more momentum than what I guess was originaly intended.
After submitting LOTS of wallpapers which I thought were pretty good, and having not one of them approved, I became pretty frustrated. Without allowing myself the traditional "Cooling Off" period, I deleted all my other skins, and wrote a moderately harsh ( but not rude ) email to one of the top (nameless) admins, which vowed my eternal purgence of all activity on this site.
I... was wrrr....: I was wrrrrr....: I WAS WRONG!
So thank you Shmoopy, for reminding us of the true nature and reason for this fine site being able to grace the illuminated pixels of our viewing devices...
(show up on our screens), which is to SKIN.. not make wallpapers.
So I will start anew, with new creations, having wiped my "slate" so to speak. And hey.. If a wallpaper gets approved then Yippie... if not, then there are millions of sites out there to put wallpapers on now aren't there. But there is only 1, greatness in skinning and that lies withing the pages of Wincustomize.
